About The Position

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. In this role, you'll drive program execution with autonomy, improve operational systems, and deliver measurable business impact. You'll work at the intersection of solutions, program management, operations, and cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Solutions, Product, Field Readiness, and R&D to ensure processes, tools, and insights are organized, measurable, and scalable across regions.
