About The Position

Operates playback and other small production systems in the manner instructed. Assists with the set-up and striking of audio systems in assigned work area(s). Learns how to troubleshoot malfunctioning audio systems to identify and correct the problem, and assists with troubleshooting when authorized to do so. Assists with systems testing, as well as new system set-up, installation and operation as directed to do so by the supervisor. Assists with general maintenance and housekeeping duties in assigned area, and with all equipment inventory, storage and security.

Requirements

• Must have good eye sight and manual dexterity, and be capable of a full range of body movement.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Must attach resume and current semester class schedule (weekly view).
• All applicants must be available for an on-site interview at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, HI.
• Must exemplify the university Honor Code, including the Dress and Grooming Principles and Expectations
