About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and curious team player to join our Sourcing team as our Sourcing Assistant (temporary, full time), reporting directly to our Senior Manager of Product Development, The ideal candidate does not need sourcing specific experience but a strong interest and curiosity in the field and transferable skills. This is an opportunity to learn about sourcing specifically within the development and production life cycle.
Please Note: This role has an initial assignment of approximately 5 months (February through July 2026). The potential for this assignment to become extended will be determined by business need.

Requirements

• Sourcing specific experience not necessary but a plus, a strong interest in the field
• Strong work ethic and willingness to support team as needs change or arise
• Attention to detail, strong data entry skills, ability to audit one's own work

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintenance in our PLM system (Product Life Cycle Management, Centric) as well as Excel/ Google Sheet trackers and documents
• Assist in tracking, receiving and maintaining proto, coloration samples in Centric system as well as physically in the office.
• Work closely with current sourcing assistants and associates on a daily basis completing tasks as assigned.
• Regular communication with our overseas factories
