What you get to do: Gain hands-on working experience and develop their leadership skills, all while working at The World’s Most Beautiful Theme Park! Maintain a supervisory role the back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting. Support changes to menus, operations, and styles of service, etc. Support transitions between major seasonal events. Assist with inventory management, supervising ambassadors, and scheduling. What else is important: Applicants must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Culinary or Baking and Pastry program. Academic credit can be received. Program dates are flexible and can be adjusted based on your school's academic calendar. Full time availability is preferred, but part time availability will also be considered.
