We are a growing, family-owned restaurant just east of Wichita, KS, seeking an experienced Sous Chef with a background in structured or corporate kitchen environments . This role is critical to maintaining consistency, quality, and operational discipline in our kitchen. The ideal candidate is confident enforcing policies, following systems, and holding standards—while still working collaboratively in a close-knit, guest-focused operation. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with both the GM and our Customer Experience Lead to ensure exceptional food quality, fast service, and smooth kitchen operations.
