At Hotel Republic San Diego, we are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Culinary team. As our Sous Chef, you will be working with our Culinary team to passionately assist in the creation of delicious dishes in the restaurants and banquets. You'll lead and guide our kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction, establish the day's priorities and assign production and preparation for staff to execute.
