We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team in an elevated dining environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven chef who values craft, consistency, and collaboration at the highest level. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Chef De Cuisine to execute a polished, seasonally driven menu while maintaining excellence across daily service, private events, and large-scale banquets. You will play a key role in kitchen leadership, mentoring staff, and upholding the standards of an elevated dining experience. This role is expected to work on the kitchen line, and at times for long hours, as well as off the kitchen line in various meetings.
