The Sous Chef at Maine Beer Company plays a key leadership role in overseeing daily kitchen operations and supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, consistent food. This position is responsible for fostering a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and is passionate about food quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The Sous Chef reports directly to the Head Chef. Salary is commensurate with experience.
