The Sous Chef (Assistant Chef) at Café Jardin is instrumental in supporting the Executive Chef across all dimensions of operational excellence, including cost optimization, inventory management, and food requisitions. This distinguished position encompasses the strategic management and development of kitchen staff, collaboration with the Chef de Partie and the culinary team, and comprehensive oversight of food production across all stations. The Sous Chef for Café Jardin is a critical part of Wynn's culinary casual-dining team by ensuring seamless coordination across all culinary stations, maintaining the refined food quality standards that define Wynn's luxury casual dining experience, and upholds all regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and departmental excellence standards.
