BASIC PURPOSE: The Sous Chef is the second in command, assisting the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the kitchen and other outlets. Functions include assisting with menu creation, food purchasing, and maintenance of quality standards. Maintains the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
