About The Position

solutions.  As the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, the Photogenic
team brings the magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a
lifetime.  In partnership with retail locations, tourist attractions and
destinations across North America, our company contributes millions of holiday
and souvenir experiences for children and families, year after year.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of your venue, support the
members of our team and drive performance goals forward.  If you strive to

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with inventory, training and/or recruiting as needed
• Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned
