Essential functions: Feed the necessary raw material to semi-automated machines. Inspect production to ensure they meet requirements. Monitor food cooking machines and adjust the controls for devices such as boilers, ovens, and cookers. Program kitchen equipment to operate according to company and recipe standards and make changes to cooking temperature and time. QualificationsRequirements: Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to stand for entire shift. Experience working in food production or in an industrial kitchen preferred. Knowledge of quality assurance practices. Attention to detail. Ability to work overtime as needed. Previous machine operator experience, preferably food manufacturing. Problem solving skills.
