Under general direction, the Spa Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to spa guests. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Greets guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, confirms appointments, and addresses any inquiries. Escorts guests to changing rooms and treatment areas, provides information about spa facilities and amenities. Manages appointment changes and cancellations, communicates effectively with clients, coordinators, and therapists. Maintains cleanliness and order in the spa including treatment rooms, changing rooms, and relaxation areas. Restocks towels, robes, slippers, and other spa supplies as needed. Monitors and reports any maintenance issues to spa management. Actively promotes spa services and retail products, and offers recommendations based on client needs. Provides information about current promotions and packages to guests. Assists with inventory management and restocking of retail items. Addresses client concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. Ensures client privacy and confidentiality at all times. Provides exceptional customer service throughout the client experience. Attendance is a key component of this position. Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with Company standards; wears the appropriate uniform or attire. Maintains open and effective communication with team members and management. Attends and participates in team meetings. Adheres to established safety and emergency procedures and protocols, this includes Company, federal, and state specific regulations and guidelines. Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
