About The Position

Greets all guests in a professional, friendly manner. Answers telephone and books all appointments for spa and salon. Must be able to accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis. Responsible for the cleanliness of the reception area. Works with health club manager & supervisor to achieve department retail sales goals. Maintain cleanliness of locker room area. Open and close the facility according to the specified standards. Serves as a guide when bringing guests to and from services.
