About The Position

To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Spa Manager who can guide the team to success to make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional treatment insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Engaging with guests to build personal relationships and remedy any complaints Conducting regular inspections to ensure we’re making the right first impression  Recruit, interview, select and train all spa positions and ensure proper certifications Developing a team of service providers to meet all aspects of professionalism and service demands Creating and maintaining an open, engaging and enriching working environment  Ensuring that an effective marketing and public relations strategy is developed in conjunction with the hotel marketing team and implemented in a timely manner. Implement and monitor all marketing strategies and promotions  Promote a spa services group menu to appropriate conference business Identify opportunities to promote the spa, including ongoing social media postings and activations Manage social media presence, responding to feedback in a timely and professional manner Achieve sales and profit plan through maximizing revenue and monitoring expenses. Develop and ensure the successful implementation of a retail sales plan Prepare budgets and finding new ways to drive revenue  Ensuring that financial goals are attained.

Requirements

  • Advanced Vocational Training / Certification in Spa Management/ Business Administration
  • 2 years of Spa/Guest Service experience including management experience
  • Social media Posting knowledge & Experience
  • Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
  • Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories
  • Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred
