About The Position

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Spa Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for helping others feel relaxed and rejuvenated. As a Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and providing general support to the spa staff. You will also have the opportunity to promote and sell spa products and services to guests, so a background in sales is a plus. If you are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional service to others, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisory position in a spa or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
  • Time management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead each department independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Computer experience required.
