About The Position

The Spa Supervisor will oversee the staff of the
spa to guarantee efficient operations and ensure excellent guest satisfaction is
attained. You will report to the Spa Director.

Requirements

• Efficient and able to handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Able to make decisions
• One (1) year spa experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on guest feedback through the use of comment cards and other customer care techniques.
• Manage guest complaints and take corrective action.
• Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, cash handling procedures, and general facility maintenance.
• Analyze business volume and develop the staffing schedule to ensure coverage.
• Implement proper inventory and purchasing procedures, submit finalized PO’s to Director for approval.
• Manage monthly promotions and sales strategies as outlined in the marketing plan.
• Manage office operations and perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, proofreading, creating documents and sorting mail.
• Assist staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
