Requirements

8+ years of experience in senior security support roles, including managing collateral classified activities, SAP operations, and anti-tamper requirements
Experience with secure facilities and proper handling of classified information across multiple programs
Knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07, Volumes 1-4, and DoD policies and procedures
Ability to document and implement security methods and decisions for operations, including risk mitigation strategies
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Completion of the DSS or CDSE Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) Program, or DSS Information, Industrial, and Physical Security Training

Nice To Haves

Experience with space programs
Experience supporting the U.S. Space Force or other military space programs
Experience with security-related systems such as JPAS, JADE, and AFRIMS, and visitor control functions, including in space program environments
Experience with program protection planning, including vulnerability analysis and countermeasure integration, with emphasis on safeguarding space-related technologies, satellites, ground stations, and orbital infrastructure
Experience with analytical writing, including drafting plans, security assessments, reports, and briefings specifically around space assets and operations
Knowledge of COMSEC material handling and space communications protocols
Ability to assist with providing ongoing assessments and updates to security policies, ensuring continuous improvement tailored to space risks and mission profiles
