About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for dedicated and knowledgeable Special Education Teachers with a valid LBS1 endorsement to support students throughout Illinois. This school-based, full-time position is centered on delivering personalized instruction and targeted supports that meet diverse learning needs. Through the creation and implementation of IEPs tailored to both state standards and student-specific goals, you will play a vital role in fostering academic progress and personal development. In this role, you will utilize research-driven teaching practices, monitor student performance through regular assessment, and adjust instructional approaches to ensure student success. Collaboration will be essential—you’ll partner with classroom teachers, service providers, and families to create an inclusive, well-structured, and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an LBS1 endorsement
• Experience working in resource settings and with small-group instruction
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-based educational environment
