Requirements
- Proficiency in project management software, CAD or design software, and strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced industry.
- Lean Manufacturing, Process Engineering Technology, Optimization tools, Data Analytics.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Excel, PowerBi, Analytics, AI exposure preferred.
Responsibilities
- Executes engineering processes and projects ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at a competitive cost.
- Manages Project execution and Strives for improvements and efficiencies that leads to Project Success.
- Collects comprehensive data about aspects of a project, examine trends and help determine best path on how to manage change and growth.
- Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice.
- Monitors KPIs for engineering processes, finding trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise.
- Challenges status quo and brings new ideas to the team.
