About The Position

The Special Projects Lead will execute high‑impact, non‑standard initiatives that drive innovation, address capability gaps, and advance future mission outcomes.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• FOUR (4) or more years' experience leading innovative or R&D‑style initiatives, including experience in AI, data, and/or systems engineering

Nice To Haves

• Technical background in AI, data, or systems engineering
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
• Innovation or advanced analytics background

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and execute special projects aligned to mission goals
• Develop innovative solutions using emerging technologies (AI/data)
• Analyze operational gaps and recommend actionable improvements
• Coordinate cross‑functional and external stakeholders
• Measure outcomes and brief leadership on results and lessons learned
