About The Position

This role is responsible for managing small projects (under $200,000) within assigned accounts. This role combines sales support, project management, and customer relationship management to ensure projects are executed successfully from initial customer meeting through completion.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Support
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal quarterly and annual sales plans.
  • Maintain pipeline and convert to project sales opportunities
  • Meets with customers of assigned accounts
  • Works closely with the Account Manager to price and review all CapEx jobs on assigned accounts.
  • Project Management
  • Manages the project after it is sold, which may include:
  • Subcontractor management
  • Management of direct employees
  • Works closely with the field foreman throughout the project
  • Oversee project costs, forecasting, billings, collections, and reporting to ensure profitability and accuracy.
  • Build & Maintain Relationships:
  • Establish and sustain indispensable customer relationships to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with top accounts
  • Apply company safety standards in all customer interactions, project site visits, and proposals, ensuring safe outcomes for both clients and internal teams.
  • Compliance & Coordination
  • Ensures proper permits are obtained and in place.
  • Ensures required inspections are scheduled and completed.
  • ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Proposal turnaround within defined timeframes
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales plan
  • Leads generated
  • Quotes converted to PO’s
  • Close Rate
  • Revenue generated
  • Customer follow up completed
  • Compliance with safety protocols and reporting
