As a Special Tooling Crib Coordinator, you will support a mechanical engineering Special Tooling design team by fulfilling factory tooling requests, maintaining inventory accuracy of Government and Customer-owned property in a PRISM based property system, coordinate property audits, complete need reviews for program tooling, and dispositioning of excess tooling.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with SAP (APEX, PRISM), cPDM and/or Property system (i.e., SPS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Custodian property record maintenance of Government, Customer, and Raytheon-owned Special Tooling
  • Consistently display effective communication and strong professional behaviors
  • Cyclical Special Tooling inventory
  • Property record updates in the SPS/SAP Property System
  • Support compliance with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols
  • Take action based on metrics that drive and/or affect the property system
  • Interact with other factories, teams, programs, and Business Units to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives
  • Frequently use Microsoft Office applications
  • Maintain record accuracy through close attention to detail
