About The Position

Watkins Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Dealer Support Specialist to manage a high‑value portfolio of dealer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for a designated brand and/or dealer group. In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of dealer orders from placement through production, financing, and shipment — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional partner experience. This position manages a book of business exceeding $40M annually, requiring strong expertise in order management, logistics, financial coordination, and relationship building. You’ll also support the broader Dealer Support team through training, mentoring, and operational problem solving. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience, including managing a large book of business ($40M+) with average order values of $75,000 to $150,000
  • Proven success as an Account Manager or similar role with end‑to-end ownership of customer portfolios
  • Proficiency working within ERP order‑management systems; Navision or Oracle preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent data‑entry accuracy
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build trust through clear, professional customer support
  • High attention to detail and the ability to independently manage complexity in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Managing a $40M+ book of business, you ensure dealer orders are accurate, compliant, and fully prepared for smooth production.
  • Coordinating each step from production to shipment, you maximize load efficiency and partner across teams to solve unique shipping needs.
  • Securing financing for all outbound loads, you handle payment‑related conversations with clarity, professionalism, and care.
  • Through detailed auditing and daily oversight of the Customer Ordering Portal, you maintain the data accuracy required for reliable order flow.
  • By building productive dealer relationships and providing training and operational backup to the team, you help elevate overall performance and consistency.
