About The Position

The Specialist, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition finds, attracts, and hires qualified candidates to help drive organizational success. This role covers the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while providing positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of relevant best practices and employment laws
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System/HRIS required; Paycom experience is a plus
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or asset management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to define job needs and requirements
  • Partner with CHRO to optimize the hiring process and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Participate in HR training, webinars and conferences
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talent
  • Review resumes and schedule interviews
  • Screen and interview candidates; extend job offers
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to post-placement
  • Track recruitment metrics
  • Promote and manage the employee referral program
  • Support the development of the sales employee training program by collaborating cross departmentally
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Support the day-to-day HR operations on an ad hoc basis
  • Special projects related to training, recruiting or HR initiatives
