The Payroll Specialist II is responsible for managing and processing complex multi-state payroll operations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires payroll experience to identify where procedures may need to be developed to ensure regulatory requirements are met. This position handles daily and bi-weekly payroll processing, analysis, and auditing of all payroll functions. The Concentra payroll team is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll for approximately 14,000 employees. The position will report to the Manager, Payroll Services and can be a hybrid or remote role depending on the employee’s home base.
