Specialist, Global Clinical Supplies Distribution Center RY Global Clinical Supply is seeking a highly motivated individual to support Clinical Supply Operations as a Distribution Center Specialist. The incumbent will partner with the Area Manager to fulfill all tasks associated with the distribution and logistics of clinical supplies. This includes ensuring order accuracy, contributing to on-time receipt and delivery, maintaining transactional integrity, meeting timelines, and ensuring documentation is right for the first time. The Distribution Center Specialist is a critical role that helps promote safety, productivity, and teamwork across the entire operation. This role will serve as a coach and will provide training, direction, and support to team members. The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of clinical supply operations, including but not limited to distribution and logistics. This includes understanding that all clinical supplies and associated documentation are processed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, study protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Documentation Practices, and applicable company safety requirements, in order to meet the exacting standards defined by our company, the FDA, the EU, and other international regulatory agencies. Responsibilities This position will support the day-to-day operations of the RY Global Clinical Supply Operations Distribution Center. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling work to facilitate timely incoming and outgoing clinical supplies. This position will ensure the quality and compliance of operations to achieve on-time delivery and meet other key performance measures. This position will support and, when necessary, author of NOEs, Standard Operating Procedures, controlled job aids, and other supporting documentation required to maintain a compliant GMP operation. This position will interact with internal and external business partners, including Global Clinical Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, Trade Operations, clinical sites, other depots, and various freight providers and customs broker vendors. Additional Responsibilities Include: Influence of intercompany stakeholders to comply with standard business practices related to logistics. Deliver training, review and approve employee training requirements. Serve as a functional area of SME in support of continuous improvement, inspections, and process ownership. Develop and report key performance metrics and indicators. Maintain a current state of compliance through on-time training and continuous personal development. Support and represent the operation on behalf of area leads.
