The Mission Partnership Support Team is a service center responsible for all global processes and resources that enable compliance, organizational/Chapter excellence, and program development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in the nonprofit sector; working with/for community-based initiatives or equivalent experience in association management.
  • Knowledge of non-profit practices. Ability to support organizational strengthening within a non-profit organization.
  • Ability to use Excel to analyze data and tell a story
  • A 'team-player' that works cooperatively with others and acts in ways that support the success of the overall team.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and show cultural and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Ability to navigate and work through complex issues with a strategic, tactical, and fresh perspective.
  • Effective communication skills to convey thoughts verbally or in writing in an articulate, confident and compelling manner; show versatility as a communicator in adapting style to suit varied audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • The position is based in RMH Global/McDonald's Corporation offices in Chicago, Illinois. Limited travel time on an annual basis.

Responsibilities

  • Support Compliance Processes
  • Distribute and process resources and tools that support compliance efforts related to probation, suspension, and termination
  • Ensure repositories of Chapter-facing policies and protocols (e.g. infectious disease guidelines, house manuals, etc.) are up to date
  • Provide translation support (via DeepL) for Chapter Excellence
  • Send bi-annual sub-license updates to program listings
  • Support Organizational Effectiveness
  • Curate and share resources that enable consistent and efficient engagement of Mission Partnership team with Chapter leadership (e.g. benchmarking decks, Board decks, site visit resources, etc)
  • Support Program development process (demand tool, benchmarking, etc)
  • Support processes to identify, engage, and mobilize leaders from across the RMH system to form Global Action Teams which inform strategic decisions and direction for the system
  • Build briefing decks to prep for SLT visits
  • Respond to inquiries/complaints in the Info Box & track accordingly
  • Lead on meeting coordination logistics (in MHQ & for OL summits)
  • Support Data Analysis
  • Ensure accurate and updated RADAR records regarding new programs & general Chapter data maintenance
  • Pull basic queries and reports around program and impact data
