We are seeking a mission-driven Talent Acquisition to support strategies to strengthen and expand initiatives to recruit, hire, retain and advance team members. This specific position will be responsible for strategic recruitment in our highest priority schools and hard-to-fill instructional positions, along with CDL Bus Drivers. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, along with experience recruiting for hard-to-fill positions.
