Specialist Terminal Performance
About The Position
The Terminal Performance Specialist drives operation enhancements, quality improvements, and cost efficiencies with port/terminal operators. Enables Hapag Lloyd's organization to react faster, establish corrective actions upholding direct onsite communication with the terminal, and ensure feedback. Drives day-to-day berth prospect agreements with terminals, focusing on the fast turnaround of vessels to meet network requirements. Monitors operational progress. Drives proforma optimizations in collaboration with Network Execution. With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies.
