The UX/UI Designer II will deeply understand and champion end user needs, synthesize them into personas, design flows and prototypes to test in order to solve complex problems in ways that end users love and that work for the business. The individual in this role will discover, frame and solve problems with creativity and analytical thinking, using research, data, and industry best practices to make design decisions in engagements with cross-functional business teams. In addition, the UX/UI Designer II will apply their knowledge of design thinking methodology, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design to influence human-centric experiences across multiple projects, ultimately creating intuitive, innovative, and beautiful interfaces that people are drawn to use. They are gaining the confidence to own their projects and taking on more responsibility influencing their project teams. Practicing communication and collaboration skills within well-defined engagements is a theme and their work is reviewed with occasional need for material direction. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, and Chicago, IL.
