Specialty Packer (2nd Shift) - Ridgeway
About The Position
Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a 2nd Shift Specialty Packer at our Ridgeway, SC Location. Schedule: 1:00pm - 9:30pm Monday - Friday (Overtime, including extended shift and weekend work required) Compensation: $17.00 per hour (plus $1.25 shift differential) The Role: This position is responsible for packaging and labeling panel kits according to customer requirements and the timely movement of finished goods for shipment to the customer. Requirements
- Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
- In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
- You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Prior manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred
- Previous experience with work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems is a plus
