The beautiful Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando are looking for their next Specialty Pastry Cook to join the team! These two one-of-a-kind properties boast 12 different dining outlets. This person helps manages other bakers through the baking process of the entire pastry kitchen area in the absence of the Pastry Chef and/or Pastry Sous Chef. Ideal candidates for this position will have at least 3-5 years of confident pastry techniques and skills with a hotel background. Seeking someone with strong organizational and time management skills.
