Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Massachusetts SLP licensure
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Massachusetts school setting
- Demonstrated experience supervising and/or mentoring clinicians
- Experience working with students with autism
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor Massachusetts-based school SLPs and related service providers
- Ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery aligned with MA DESE requirements
- Build strong relationships with school districts, administrators, and special education teams
- Analyze service data to support staffing decisions, budgeting, and program planning
- Provide clinical guidance and problem-solving support, particularly for complex student needs
- Contribute to operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
