Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Massachusetts SLP licensure
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a Massachusetts school setting
  • Demonstrated experience supervising and/or mentoring clinicians
  • Experience working with students with autism
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Alignment with Boothby Therapy Services' mission and values

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor Massachusetts-based school SLPs and related service providers
  • Ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery aligned with MA DESE requirements
  • Build strong relationships with school districts, administrators, and special education teams
  • Analyze service data to support staffing decisions, budgeting, and program planning
  • Provide clinical guidance and problem-solving support, particularly for complex student needs
  • Contribute to operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
