Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) — Per Diem (Home Health)
We are a growing, Honolulu-based Medicare-certified Home Health agency serving patients across all of O ahu . Our mission is to help kupuna and local families remain safe, independent, and thriving in the comfort of their homes.
We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who wants meaningful, flexible work while making a real difference in the community.

Requirements

• Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• 1+ year clinical experience (home health experience a plus)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Heart for serving seniors and local families

Nice To Haves

• home health experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech therapy services for home health patients
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Address swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, speech/language impairments
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers
• Maintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting
