Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Arizona State Veterans' Home in Yuma, Arizona for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist. Located in beautiful Boulder City, NV, the Nevada State Veterans Home provides long-term care, rehabilitation services, and hospice care to the heroes who have served our country. Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required.
Responsibilities
- SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
