About The Position
Functional Pathways is hiring for a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Arizona State Veteran Home in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers a consistent schedule of 2-3 shifts per week, with flexibility on the days - as long as the days are consistent to meet with the required frequency. Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required.
Responsibilities
- SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
