About The Position
We are pleased to announce that we are seeking qualified applicants for a .50 FTE Speech Language Pathologist on our Student Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team that supports the efforts of making success possible for all Redmond students. Redmond School District serves more than 7,000 students from Redmond, Alfalfa, Crooked River Ranch, Eagle Crest, Terrebonne, and Tumalo. The District operates seven K-5 elementary schools, one specialized learning center, two middle schools, and two comprehensive high schools. JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, school-based speech-language pathologists provide prevention, assessment, and remediation services for students who exhibit difficulties in the areas of language, speech, voice, and fluency. These services are designed to help children meet their educational goals.
