Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Bethany at Silver Lake | Everett, WA $60-$65/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist for Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA: Minimum three years' experience is required. New therapists receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the SLP, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting
Requirements
- Current Washington SLP license in good standing
- Minimum three years' experience
- Degree from an accredited SLP program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience preferred - but not required

Responsibilities
- Dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Cognitive-linguistic therapy
- Communication and language interventions
- Patient/family education
- Treatment of clinically complex patients
- Discharge planning and care coordination
- Collaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff
