About The Position

This position provides evaluative and speech-language therapy services to preschool students, ages 3 to 5 years. It is an itinerant role that requires service delivery in early childhood education settings. Clinical Fellowship supervision is available, and the Lincoln Intermediate Unit is an ASHA CE Provider.

Requirements

  • Valid Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate in Speech and Language Impaired PK-12, or Educational Specialist Certificate for School Speech and Language Pathologist PK-12 required.
  • OR: If the candidate does not hold the Pennsylvania certification, a valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license is required, with an understanding that the candidate must obtain the necessary PA certification within a specified time frame.
  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required.
  • A Pennsylvania State Speech-Language Pathologist License is required if the candidate is not certified in Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA-CCC) preferred. (CFY supervision available)
