Ellsworth County Medical Center (ECMC) is seeking a Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team. Experience: Previous experience in Speech Therapy preferred.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Kansas SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA CCC-SLP (or CFY candidate)
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Kansas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in Speech Therapy preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort working with diverse populations and varying levels of medical complexity.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates considered depending on supervision availability.
