About The Position

Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, is seeking a Full-Time Speech Therapist to join our therapy department. Located on a serene wooded campus in Ohio, we are a family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional, resident-centered rehabilitation services in a warm and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life through evidence-based therapy Starting rate: $36, with potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs welcome, if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to [children/adults/both] with a variety of communication disorders
• Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in meetings, IEPs (if applicable), and professional development activities
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Provide direct therapy services to individuals or groups
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
• Educate clients and families on strategies to support communication and carryover
• Participate in meetings (e.g., IEPs, care conferences) as required
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and organizational policies
