Requirements
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional and positive/ can -do attitude
- Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Advisors set the tone for our customers experience in the express service lane and maintain the highest customer service standard
- Review customer's vehicle service history, inspects the vehicle and recommends additional services
- Receives payment for selected services
- Updates all the customer's information within organization's systems
- Reviews repair orders to ensure proper dealership documentation, correct repair charges, signatures for authorization, vehicle mileage in / out
- Create a positive work flow and detailed communication to maintain our customer's satisfaction
