Summary of Role The Sales Solution Architect plays a critical role in driving the sales process for WTW’s Via Benefits solutions, focused primarily on Via Benefits Accounts, a spending account administration solution. This is a full-time role within and supporting the Individual Marketplace Sales team. The Sales Solution Architect is responsible for proposal development, pricing, contracting, and eventually closing. You will also play a key role in our client renewals. To succeed in this role, you will need to collaborate effectively with sales leaders, client account leaders, product teams, and other specialists to design and present solutions that align with client objectives and organizational capabilities. As needed, you will participate in meetings with prospects and clients and demo Via Benefits products. This is a highly visible role with an opportunity to significantly contribute to Individual Marketplace revenue growth by effectively managing key aspects of the sales process.
