Trissential is partnering with our client to bring in a Splunk‑savvy .NET Developer who enjoys teaching, solutioning, and collaborating with diverse technical teams. You’ll play a major role in transforming the BCA’s Archive Services application while elevating the team’s Splunk maturity. In this hybrid St. Paul role, you will: Train the Software Development team in Splunk fundamentals, dashboards, reporting, events, APIs, and enterprise concepts Partner with the development team to modernize the BCA’s Archive Services application using Splunk solutions Translate business requirements into technical designs aligned with architectural standards Build, deploy, and test .NET applications using CI/CD pipelines and automated tooling Implement enterprise‑grade solutions that follow BCA development and security patterns Provide technical direction to define cost‑effective solutions and architectural alternatives Review test plans with QA teams and execute unit/integration testing Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible terms Develop strong partnerships with MNJIS, criminal justice partners, and technical teams Perform hands‑on knowledge transfer to ensure long-term sustainability
