About The Position
This is a Weekend-Only Position. Must be over the age of 18 to apply
Requirements
- Must be able to carry 35lbs or more
- Excellent communication skills
- Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work Saturdays for the full duration of the season, March 21st to May 9th

Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain high standards for field set up and venue cleanliness
- Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
- Teach & demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values
- Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
