About The Position

The Soccer Coordinator creates a high-energy environment by overseeing technical development and game-day flow across all age groups. In this hands-on role, you will build community relationships and uphold instructional standards by actively assisting volunteer coaches with drills and field positioning. By observing and mentoring on the sidelines, you play a vital role in sharpening player footwork and ensuring every match is safe, organized, and fun.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
• Season starts March 29 and runs for seven weeks.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
