From your PASSION to ours Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Spray Dry Boxer based in Wausau WI . POSITION OVERVIEW The Boxer Position in its most basic form consists of creating, filling, labeling and sealing a tote. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include:

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to do basic math, communicate effectively, read and write proficiently.
• Must complete the following training requirements/evaluations (30-60-90-120 Reviews)
• Certified Training and other training courses as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be certified to operate a Hand truck.
• Operate a computer for printing labels and Computer Based Safety Training, Calculator, Telephone, Scale.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a tote, place on scale and tare out.
• Fill the tote with cheese, taking a sample.
• Complete tote tally sheet, label tote including SAP entries.
• Complete sanitation as needed.
• Work in a HPWS Team (team based environment).
• Comply with company policies and GMP and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Spray Dry Team Leader and/or DRE as needed for an efficient operation of the above mentioned job.
• Help Dryer Operator as needed.
• Ensure food safety.
• Performs all applicable HACCP and Quality Guidelines.
• Observes all Safety, Environmental Regulations, Accident Prevention Procedures and Food Safety Procedures
• Familiar with Quality programs as outlined in QRMP such as GMP’s, Traceability, HACCP, Allergens, CCP, hold process and verifying raw ingredients.
• When proficient train employees as needed
