Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited university as a college undergraduate or a graduate level post-secondary educational program in a related discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Working knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.
• Good verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred discipline or degree type: Engineering, IT, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Year in School: Junior or Senior.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities across SAP modules and infrastructure.
• Coordinate IT risk, compliance and audit related activities.
• Administer IT Compliance Management Systems and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool(s).
• Assist in modernizing the environment by working through IT Architecture Framework.
• Collaborate and assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining Database Management Systems (DBMSs).
• Serve as the point of contact for all Technology purchases, SAP invoice processing and deliveries.
• Support the IT Project Management Office in system administration, requirements documentation, and process improvement.
