Job Summary: AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The Intern will provide direct support to the Ticketing Operations and Sales team.

Requirements

  • Passion for sports and live entertainment
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Desire to learn more about the sports and entertainment industry

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Ticket Operations department
  • Assist with processing ticket orders and related ticketing tasks
  • Support the coordination and execution of game‑day operations for home games and special events
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Assist with general office duties and departmental projects as assigned
  • Serve as backup support for other departments as needed
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
